Challenge:
Erksine Law Group specialized in OEM warranty litigation for one client—Ford Motor Company. They wanted to expand their client base with at least one new OEM client.

Their logo and website did not reflect their professionalism and their short and long term business and marketing plan.

Solution:

After a review of their marketing materials, Trent Creative recommended a new brand identity which entailed a strategy and discovery meeting with top decision makers. The outcome was a brand essence statement, repositioning and three USP’s that could be taken to the marketplace. The new brand strategy informed the new look and feel of the logo and the new website. The new website had a distinctive visual appeal that emphasized the expertise and innovative time-saving discovery process. The overall contemporary design aesthetic of the site reinforces the idea that Erskine Law Group is not a small law firm but is competitive and cutting edge.

Results:

Because of the new brand, positioning and website, Erskine Law did obtain General Motors within three months of launching their new brand. They also receive four times as many resumes from attorneys than they did with their previous website. They have also expanded to Ohio opened a new branch office.
